EPG.best alternative: a whole-country XMLTV feed

EPG.best and EPGWise both give you a private XMLTV link for TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, Jellyfin, Kodi and other players. They charge in different ways: EPG.best by how many channels you pick, EPGWise by country. Here is what that means for price, setup and refunds.

EPG.best details checked on 9 October 2026 from its own pages (sources below). Prices and plans can change; check its site before you decide.

The short answer

If you watch a handful of channels from several countries, EPG.best's per-channel plans are likely cheaper per year. If you want every channel in a country without building a channel list, want to pay monthly, or want a free trial and a refund window, EPGWise is the simpler choice.

  • you want a 14-day cancellation right on a new subscription.

Switching from EPG.best

  1. Pick your country on the countries page and start the trial to get your private XMLTV URL.
  2. In your player, replace the EPG.best link in the EPG source field with the EPGWise URL and update the guide. The TiviMate guide shows where the setting is.
  3. If some channels show no programmes, open M3U Studio, load your playlist, and export it with tvg-id values that match the feed.

EPG.best alternative questions

What is a good EPG.best alternative?

If you want every channel in a country without choosing them one by one, EPGWise sells one private XMLTV URL per country (43 countries, from £4.43/month). If you want a few channels from many countries at the lowest yearly price, EPG.best's per-channel plans may suit you better.

Is EPGWise cheaper than EPG.best?

Not always. On 9 October 2026 EPG.best listed 12-month plans from 11.87 USD a year for up to 100 channels. An EPGWise country feed is £4.43 a month or £31.85 a year and covers every channel in our lineup for that country. EPGWise also offers monthly billing and a 7-day free trial where eligible.

Can I switch from EPG.best to EPGWise in TiviMate?

Yes. Both are XMLTV URLs. Replace the EPG source URL in TiviMate's playlist or EPG settings with your EPGWise country URL, update the guide, then match any channel that shows no programmes. The EPGWise M3U Studio can set tvg-id values in your playlist to match the feed.

Do I need to pick channels with EPGWise?

No. Each country feed contains every channel in that country's EPGWise lineup. You can still build a custom guide with only the countries or channels you choose in the dashboard.
