Refund policy

Your statutory 14-day right
Under UK/EU consumer law you have 14 days from the start of a new subscription to change your mind. Because the EPGWise guide is digital content whose supply begins immediately, if you cancel within those 14 days we refund your payment minus a proportional amount for the whole days already supplied. For example, cancelling a monthly plan 4 whole days after purchase refunds the price of the remaining whole days of the month.
Renewal payments
The statutory 14-day period applies to the first payment of a new subscription, not to routine renewals. Even so, if a renewal is charged that you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that renewal in full. You keep access until the end of the period you last paid for once a refund is not due.
After the first 14 days
Cancelling stops all future payments and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Amounts already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
If the service fails
If a fault on our side leaves your feed unavailable for more than 3 consecutive days, contact us and we will refund the affected days, proportional to your plan. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, telling us the country of your subscription. Refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
