XUI One can import an external XMLTV source for channels managed by your panel. This guide shows the safe, standard workflow: add the private EPGWise URL, fetch the guide, map channel IDs, and then refresh the client package that uses those channels.
EPGWise feeds provide up to 7 days depending on country and a 7-day free trial where eligible. They are programme metadata only — no video streams, playlists, panel logins, or content are included.
Step-by-step setup
Open the EPG manager
Sign in to your XUI One admin panel and open Content → EPG (or EPGs, depending on your release). You need panel administrator access to add or update a source.
Add an external XMLTV source
Choose Add EPG / Add Source, select XMLTV or URL as the source type, and paste the complete private EPGWise URL. Use HTTPS and keep the token confidential.

Save the source and run the panel's fetch, reload, or update action. Wait for the EPG view to show programme rows before mapping streams.
Map streams to XMLTV channel IDs
Edit each stream that needs guide data and assign the matching EPG channel ID from the imported source. Matching by display name alone can select the wrong regional variant.
Refresh bouquets and client packages
Make sure the mapped streams are included in the bouquets or packages delivered to your authorised clients. Ask clients to refresh their guide after the panel finishes its update.
Map IDs before troubleshooting the source
A panel can successfully download XMLTV and still show a blank guide when the stream's EPG ID does not match the XMLTV channel id. Verify the ID pair in the panel before changing sources.
- Use the EPG view to confirm the source contains the channels you want to map.
- Keep one stable ID convention across your M3U entries, panel streams, and XMLTV source.
- EPGWise is an XMLTV source; it does not expose a panel API, create users, or deliver streams.
Configuration tips
- Use .xml.gz when your XUI One release accepts gzip. If the importer rejects it, use the plain .xml URL from your dashboard.
- Run the update from the panel server so you can see whether the source is reachable from the same network as the panel.
- Keep the panel's own EPG API and external source roles clear; avoid mapping two sources to the same channel unless you intend to choose a fallback.
Troubleshooting
The source saved but no programmes were imported.
Check that the panel server can reach the HTTPS URL, then try the uncompressed .xml URL if gzip is not supported by your release. Confirm the source update completed before mapping streams.
The panel has programmes but clients see a blank guide.
Recheck the stream-to-EPG channel ID mapping and confirm the stream is included in the client's bouquet or package. A panel-side EPG import does not automatically map every stream.

Is EPGWise an XUI One replacement?
No. EPGWise is a managed XMLTV programme-guide source that can be used alongside a compatible panel. XUI One remains responsible for streams, users, bouquets, and panel delivery.
Do I paste an EPGWise URL into xmltv.php?
No. Add EPGWise as an external XMLTV source in the panel's EPG manager. It is not an Xtream Codes API endpoint and should not be rewritten as xmltv.php.
What if my panel only accepts an uncompressed XML file?
Use the plain .xml URL paired with the same private token. The compressed .xml.gz URL is recommended when the panel supports it because it transfers less data.
