Who we are

The service is operated by EPGWise (trading name — registration pending), whose registered address is Registered address pending publication. You can reach us at support@epgwise.com or through the support form.

The service

EPGWise supplies programme-guide metadata in XMLTV format. It does not provide television channels, video streams, or rights to watch content.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

This is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the interval and price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (Billing → manage subscription); access then continues until the end of the current paid period and no further payments are taken.

By starting a checkout you accept these terms; the accepted version (2026-08-13-b) is recorded against your account together with the time of acceptance.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown and charged in GBP. No value-added tax is currently charged; if a tax registration becomes applicable, any mandatory taxes will be itemised before you pay.

Cancellation and refunds

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. Because the guide is digital content supplied immediately, if you cancel within those 14 days we refund the payment minus a proportional amount for the whole days already supplied. After the statutory period, cancelling stops future payments; amounts already paid are not refunded except where required by law. The full policy is on the refund policy page.

Acceptable use & link protection safeguards

Your EPG feed URLs and secret tokens are strictly licensed for personal household use across your own devices. Each personal subscription feed is monitored by automated rate-limiting safeguards and is designed to accommodate up to 5 distinct network IP locations per 24-hour window (such as home broadband, mobile connections, or travel networks).

Reselling, redistributing through unauthorized third-party control panels, scraping at excessive frequencies, or publishing private feed URLs publicly is strictly prohibited. Feeds exhibiting unauthorized multi-source redistribution will be automatically throttled. If your personal link is ever accidentally leaked or shared, you can instantly revoke and rotate it via the Regenerate Link feature in your dashboard.

Availability

Listings depend on upstream data and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Contact support if a material issue persists.

Closing your account

You can close your account from the dashboard. Closing cancels any active subscriptions at the payment provider, revokes your feed credentials, removes or anonymises non-essential profile data, and retains only the closed-account identity and records described in the privacy policy.
