What exactly does EPGWise provide?+
A private, automatically refreshed XMLTV URL (.xml.gz) with programme titles, times, descriptions and channel logos where available. You paste it into a compatible DVR or media app.
Does it include live TV?+
No. EPGWise supplies TV-guide / EPG metadata only. There are no video streams or broadcast channels.
How do I check whether my channels are included?+
Use the channel search on this page or on a country page. Results come from the live feed, not a marketing list.
Which apps does it work with?+
IPTV Smarters / Smarters Player (when the build exposes an external EPG field), XUI One, StreamCreed, Xtream Codes-compatible panel workflows, Jellyfin, Kodi, Plex DVR, TVHeadend and NextPVR — plus any other app that accepts an XMLTV URL.
Does it work with IPTV panels and Xtream Codes?+
Yes, as an external XMLTV source. Add the private EPGWise URL in the panel's EPG manager, then map XMLTV channel IDs to your authorised streams. EPGWise supplies guide metadata only, not streams, playlists, panel accounts, or IPTV service access.
How often are listings refreshed?+
Feeds are rebuilt automatically before listings expire. Update times are on the live status page.
How far ahead does the guide go?+
Up to 7 days depending on country. Some markets publish fewer days. Country pages show the current depth for that feed.
Can I use multiple countries?+
Choose individual country feeds, a selected-country bundle, or several individual countries. Every country keeps its own private URL. Once your feeds are active, use the dashboard to create a custom guide that merges only the countries or channels you choose.
What happens after subscribing?+
Your dashboard shows a private HTTPS URL — plus a separate link for every country on your plan. Paste it into your app once; it keeps pulling the latest compressed guide.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current paid period and no further charges are taken.
How does the free trial work?+
Eligible new Stripe subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at checkout and is not charged until the trial ends if you stay subscribed. Returning accounts that already used a trial pay from day one.
Does it work on multiple household devices?+
Yes. Each subscription is for household use across your devices, with a fair-use cap of 5 distinct network IPs per 24 hours. You can rotate the URL in one click if it leaks.
